The clinic was relocated in June 2024 to the first floor of the LOCO SCAN building along the Meguro River, a two-minute walk from the old clinic.

Closed irregularly for national holidays, long weekends, and year-end and New Year holidays.
The reception desk is open until 30 minutes before the end of consultation hours. However, please note that for the daytime hours, the reception desk closes at 1:00 p.m., to safely conduct infant vaccines and infant health checkups from 1:30 p.m.

With the opening of LOCO SCAN, a regional medical imaging center, and LOCO KIDS CARE, a childcare facility for children after illness, we strive to sincerely respond to all of your needs. Then in order to be closer to the community, we have decided to move to a new location along the Meguro River.
We have created a space that is open to the community by working more closely with LOCO SCAN in the same building, setting up a waiting room exclusively for infections, and introducing more convenient systems such as an automatic accounting machine and web-based medical interview.
We will continue to provide services in the evenings and on weekends, and look forward to serving you in the future.

Loco
In Hawaiian, “Loco” means “local, local people”. We named our clinic “Loco” with the aim of becoming a clinic that puts the local community first, listens carefully, and offers assistance.
Primary Care
We aim to be a local family doctor who is able to treat and consult on a wide range of illnesses, regardless of gender, from babies to the elderly. We also provide preventive care and home-visit medical services, and believe that it is our responsibility to help everyone in the community to improve their health.
Urgent Care
We have worked in Emergency Rooms (ERs) where we respond to all types of emergency patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we have found that there are many patients who are not sure if they should go to the ER at night or on weekends, or who are in trouble, although not serious, e.g. sudden fever, illness, injury like bruise or fracture, burns, etc. In such cases, “Urgent Care” is the place you can go to see a doctor. It is in such cases that we offer “Urgent Care”

Two emergency medicine specialists are on call at all times.
They are skilled in all types of initial responses, from medical conditions to surgical conditions such as injuries, and from babies to the elderly.
Open until 23:00 on weekday evenings. Open on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you are unable to see a doctor during the day due to work, do not know where to go at night, or have trouble finding a medical facility on weekends, please contact us first.
Feel free to consult with us about anything.
We try to create an atmosphere in which children, parents, workers, and the elderly can feel free to consult with us about anything. We will never refuse a patient without examining him or her. If we are unable to treat the patient ourselves, we will assess the problem and refer the patient to an appropriate medical institution.

Thinking about the health of the community
In addition to patients who come to see us, we are committed to improving the health of the community through home visits, community events, workshops, and the dispatch of information.
We have a number of private rooms available.
We have four private rooms and two semi-private rooms so that patients with coughs and grogginess, those for physical examinations, and those for psychosomatic medicine can proceed with their examination with as little contact as possible.
