Basic Points

As a general rule, our clinic is by appointment only. It is possible to see a doctor without an appointment, but please note that those with appointments will be given priority.
Patients are seen in the following order:
1. Patients those who made an appointment in advance, 2. Patients who made an appointment on the day of the visit, and 3. Patients without an appointment.
To make an appointment, please click on “Medical Appointment” below.
Our appointment system is a “time-zone appointment” system, which allows for a range of 30-minute intervals. For example, if you have a 10:30 a.m. appointment, we will begin seeing you between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. Depending on how crowded the clinic is, you may be called after the appointment time. In the case we have to keep you waiting, we will do our best to inform you of this. We appreciate your understanding.
We would appreciate your cooperation if you could write a brief description of your progress, symptoms, and desired treatment in the remarks column of the online reservation system to facilitate the treatment.
The periods of time available to make an appointment through the reservation system vary depending on the type of medical treatment.
3 days prior to the first visit for psychosomatic medicine, 1 day prior to the first visit for infant vaccines, and 3 days prior to the first visit for infant checkups.
There are no restrictions for general medical care and re-consultation.
When you come to the clinic, please tell the receptionist 1) the time of your appointment and 2) your name, and if you have one, please present 3) your patient ID card, 4) your insurance card for the first visit of the month, and 5) the medical questionnaire if you have written it in advance.
If you would like to request a time outside of the available online clinic slots, please call us.
We may be able to make an appointment for you however you may have to wait after you arrive.
If you wish to cancel your visit, please cancel your medical appointment online and reschedule when necessary.

Notes on appointments for each medical treatment

Psychosomatic Medicine

The initial consultation will take 30 minutes to 1 hour. If possible, please fill out the medical questionnaire at the bottom of this page in advance.

Please understand that it is difficult to make an appointment.

Re-appointments will be designated by a physician (Kamura or Seta). If you wish to make an appointment outside of the available appointment slots, please call us directly.

When you visit a psychosomatic medicine clinic, additional insurance points for outpatient psychotherapy will be added.

Infant Vaccines, Iinfant Medical Examinations

We have a clean time from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays when we do not accept fever patients, so please make an appointment during this time.

However, appointment slots tend to fill up quickly, so please call us if you are willing to make an appointment at a time when other patients are also present.

For vaccinations, there is confirmation of vaccination details and for preschool children, a 15-minute waiting period for confirmation of adverse reactions after vaccination, so please arrive well in advance of your appointment time.

Please write the name of the vaccine you wish to receive in the remarks column of the medical appointment system, and be sure to bring your ★Maternal and child health handbook and ★vaccine voucher, along with ★your insurance card and ★infant medical subsidy, on the day of your visit.

Dr. Miwa, a pediatric specialist, is available on Tuesdays from 09:00 to 14:00. Please refer to X and News for information about sudden vacations.

Medical Checkup

If you are undergoing a physical examination that includes a blood draw, please finish drinking water containing sugar at least 4 hours prior to your appointment and eating at least 8 hours prior to your appointment. Eating within the aforementioned time frame may affect some blood collection data (blood sugar, triglycerides, etc.).
