Issue of statement of account
From the perspective of actively promoting transparency in medical care and providing information to patients, the hospital issues free of charge a statement showing the items for which individual medical fees are calculated when receipts are issued.
Additional nighttime / Early morning / Holiday
The clinic's hours of operation are weekday 9:00-14:00, evening 17:00-23:00, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00-14:00. In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, additional fees are applied after 18:00 on weekdays and after 12:00 on Saturdays, including nighttime and early morning hours. If a patient is treated outside of the aforementioned hours, the additional charge for holidays will be applied.

In principle, the clinic is always ready to respond to telephone and other inquiries from patients who continue to visit the clinic.
Community Collaboration and Nighttime and Holiday Medical Fee
In cooperation with physicians whose primary place of work is at other medical institutions in the community, we have a system in place that allows us to provide medical care at night, on holidays, or late at night, including emergency examinations. We also collaborate with medical institutions with emergency hospitalization systems. We also cooperate with medical institutions that are equipped to admit patients in case of emergency. (The above refers to the same time period as the nighttime and early morning additions.)
